Product Overview

This entry level lift kit raises the Toyota Hilux by approximately 40mm, improving ground clearance and vehicle appearance. The kit replaces original components with high quality shocks, coil springs and leaf springs contributed by Pedders' TrakRyder range. It enables the fitment of larger tyres and improves off-road performance while maintaining on-road comfort.

This kit is primarily suited for standard load carrying; for heavy loads or towing, Pedders recommends their heavy duty lift kits. It is compatible with standard vehicles and additional equipment such as winches or bull bars may affect the final ride height, requiring different springs for optimal performance.

Technology & Materials

The suspension uses sintered iron piston shocks with a large 35mm bore for improved damping control. Premium grade steel is used in the coil springs to ensure durability and consistent performance. Rear leaf springs are replaced to complement the new ride height and suspension geometry.

Installation & Compatibility

The kit contains all necessary hardware including bushes and U bolts for installation. Components replace original parts with no other vehicle modifications required. After installation, a professional wheel alignment is strongly recommended to optimise vehicle performance.
